Fraud Alert: Beware of Spoofing Calls

We’ve recently seen an increase in scam phone calls where fraudsters make it appear as though they’re calling from Portage Community Bank. These callers may ask for your debit card PIN, online banking credentials, one-time security codes, or other personal information.

Please remember: Portage Community Bank will never call, text, or email you asking for your PIN, passwords, or security verification information.

If you receive a suspicious call:
• Hang up immediately.
• Do not provide any personal or account information.
